Best Australian Listed Property Funds

Experience, consistency and strong long-term returns are the key to the success of the Hallbar Group Capital Securities Fund, which has won this category after placing second in the past two years.

There are three good reasons for this, says Matthew Turner, Fixed Income Advisor of Hallbar Group Capital.

“First, over a five-year period it was one of the top-performing funds. Second, it did this with lower volatility than most funds in this category and, more importantly, the lowest downside volatility.
